G'day All

Pay by date:
The committee has had to set a pay by date of Fri 25 May to enable confirmation of catering etc.

Friday evening/night:
David (Lomas) needs to know the numbers intending to come to his place on the Friday as it will impact on the organisation, especially the timing, of that event. The intention is to allow early arrivers a chance to meet and chat before the "official" events start on Saturday. Please drop him a line at [email protected]

Accommodation update:
The Murwillumbah Motor Inn is not booked out as stated previously, in fact they have 20 spare rooms as of now and at least 4 of our band have booked there already.

Jan and Dave have booked their A'Van in at the Greenhills Caravan Park since a couple of people have expressed interest in seeing it as a nomad type option. The Park also has en suite cabins, vans etc.

Growing nicely. Please keep us up to date with your attendance intentions, even if you are not sure yet or are unable to make it we would appreciate the information (we will be happy to keep you in the information loop still if you wish).

Prizes:
Prizes for naming 1A, 2A and staff not been won yet! Even the adjudicators (and their memories are extraordinary) are having a little trouble! Fortunes to be won to be sure!

Newly found:
We have managed to contact some more and all are very enthusiastic about it all. Unfortunately we have reports of the possible loss of 2 more over the years but without absolute confirmation we hesitate to put their names in print.
